Kylie Hanley
Kylie is a clinical nurse with over 25 years in the healthcare sector both private and public. This includes clinical nurse specialist roles, management, and project management. Kylie has run patient support programs in the community setting and has been auditing the NDIS standards since 2019.
Kylie is passionate about helping others to succeed, by providing the right tools and building capacity in others to provide the highest quality safe supports for participants.
Kylie is a qualified Lead Assessor and NDIS Assessor, and holds a Bachelor of Nursing with post graduate qualifications in perioperative nursing and holds APHRA registration. She also has qualifications in Business management and Training and Assessment.
Kylie has undertaken studies in business management, lead auditing, and training and assessment. These complement her clinical and quality management skills.
JoAnn Lamb
Jo Lamb is a dynamic professional with extensive experience across diverse business sectors. With a passion for making a positive impact, Jo dedicated many years to the Not for Profit and Government sectors overseeing and spearheading community safety, and well-being initiatives, driving meaningful change and empowerment.
Moving into the corporate world, Jo thrived as a National Marketing Manager at a division of Visy, where her strategic vision, leadership, and exceptional problem-solving skills played pivotal roles in streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency, and driving growth in a highly competitive industry.
Jo’s career trajectory took an exciting turn as she embarked on a new journey, focusing on supporting NDIS providers. Recognizing the vital role that these providers play in transforming the lives of people with disabilities, Jo channels her expertise and passion towards helping them establish and maintain robust quality management systems.
Our partner Sherri Makepeace
Sherri holds a Diploma of Lead Auditing and is an approved NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission auditor. Sherri has over 20 years’ experience as a Freelance Project Manager and teacher in the Human Service Sector, including NSW and Victorian Government. Sherri’s experience as a Project Manager includes the Homelessness Action Plan, WIRE and the State Board of Homelessness NSW and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill around policy development and implementation.
